MTN service is shocking - handed my file to legal for error you made!

Shocking service - spent all day being passed from one agent to another and no one knows what’s going on. I have some outstanding file with legal because MTN had two contracts on their side - when I only ever had one with them! This is absolutely shocking service - there’s no way to get proper advice or get through to legal. You guys just get your business in order! No one has an entire day to waste on issues that were an error on MTN side to begin with!
