Mtn service is ridiculous and they bridge contracts

I have a contract for a sim card with Mtn which I am supposed to receive a certain amount of data. I have been in contact with mtn since March 2021 ti resolve the fact that U am not receiving the correct amount if data. The only thing mtn has been doing is giving me the run around. I have contacted mtn telephonically, sent emails, as well as even sent a complaint through to their complaints department. This is a bridge if contract by mtn. I am a consumer and I feel the consumer’s act protects against such abuse by Mtn.
