MTN service is plainly pathetic

I have been trying to make an arrangement to pay the outstanding funds on my account for about a week now. First I phoned the "customer care" number. The person that I spoke to said that the arrangement has been made. However, I continued to receive rude sms's saying that y account is overdue. I then went to the MTN shop in Hartbee****rt. They simply said that they cannot assist me. I again phoned the customer care number. The person said that my arrangement has not been activated. She claimed to activate it. Yet, I still received sms's saying that they are cutting my outgoing calls. So I phoned customer care for the third time. The person I spoke to this time said that an arrangement has been made. When I asked her why I am still receiving the sms's she simply put the phone down in my ear.

I have now had enough of MTN. Their service, both in store and on the phone re pathetic.
