MTN SERVICE IS PATHETIC

I have taken out a data contract with MTN which expired after two years. You cannot give a month's notice to cancel. This I found out after 6 telephone calls. Calls drop and I have to go through authentication and the terrible music while waiting x6. Unacceptable. So today, 28 April 2023. I call back to cancel as I was told in the beginning of the month. I went through another 5-6 agents with no joy. Selecting all options, waiting and authenticating, still no assistance with this cancellation of the contract. The SERVICE IS PATHETIC !!! I just lost another 1hour to try and cancel this contract.
