MTN service is PATHETIC

MTN call center is really the WORST that you can get!!! I had to phone in because I got an email saying my account is in arrears... BUT they did not launch my monthly debit order and now want me to do an EFT! The background noise in the CC is SO BAD...you cannot hear the consultant talking to you.
