MTN service is pathetic and unexceptable

I used MTN for more than 25 years as my contractor on my cell phone. When I want to renew my contract of R450.00 per month on November 2022, I was told that my account can't be more than R320 and I cannot get the phone I want like every time I renew my contract. This behaviour is unexcepted and the most disgusting service I received from them.
