MTN SERVICE IS NONSENSE

so i receive a contract phone which i do not want it anymore. i have phoned mtn to send a driver but when i call them they have sent me to ignition, ignition said in have to phone iTalk and i talk said i must sent it to mtn shop to give me irs number when i phone mtn shop close to my location. they said i must come with cancellation form, Joh I'm tired and no one is willing to assist me at all. this is too much and the other sales lady said this contract which is a new contract cant be cancelled at all. i tried but mtn service is nonsense AS A CUSTOMER I HAVE 10 DAYS PERIOD TO RETURN THE PHONE AND THEY KEEP ON TRANSFERRING ME TO ONE SALES PERSION TO ANOTHER.
