MTN Service is nonexistent!!!!

Even after placing a complaint on Hello Peter, MTN still hasn't had the decency to reach out. It has now been over 5 months and I still haven't seen my money that is sitting in a credit. Which they probably earning interest on. MTN all I ask is that you give me my money that is sitting in a credit BACK!! Devastated at the service and honestly embarrassed that I have to try other forms of platforms to try and get anyone from MTN to help!!!!😢 💔 Julie
