Mtn service is non existing

I have tried to upgrade my contract with MTN 3 times. First time was at Clearwater and I had no comms back. Both other times through their online platform. I finally got a call from a lady and confirmed the contract. I followed up and nothing had been logged.

I have emailed, Facebook messaged, WHATSAPP, called and visited dealers and NOTHING!

I have asked for my recorded phone calls and have had nothing obviously
