MTN Service is non existent, even for internal staff!

This company has absolutely no clue about customer services!!!!! The worst of all is that I am a corporate business partner!!!!!! With no other avenue but to complain on a platform to get any assistance.

I have a client which I am trying to service with no joy or answer. Everyone shoves me from pillar to post with no accountability or any recourse for poor management.

This is absolutely unacceptable service MTN and I would love to setup time for the CEO to contact me back. Regards braaicorp pty ltd
