MTN SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

MTN is provably THE WORST SERVICE provider in SA. Actually you cannot call them a service provuder as there te IS NO SERVICE whatsoever.

Iget my bill, i make payment. And will you believe it? The cut my services 2 days later for. No payment. Really???!!!!! I made a zecond payment! How many times does double payments getting made??

Then someone in their call center from tge same number where your data, sms etc is sent on a monthly basis, calls you and askfor some pun number they just sent to you. Now whoin hell is going to think something weird is going on. You give to otp pin just received, and all your money for Dialing and air time is gone. Went to see their branch here, oh "MTN is aware of this happening madam, but we cant do anything about it!" Damn it man, how many people is there in this center, do an investigation and FIND OUT AND STOP THAT PERSON.. I even received a ****y message from a nother number thanking me for the air time. Gave them the number and" Sorry madam, there is nothing we can do". MTN YOU are the biggest joke on earth!!

Come on MTN, YOU CAN DO BETTER!! WORSTE PLACE EVER
