MTN Service is horrific and bad to the core

MTN customer service is bad and useless. First i got a *****ulent account on my account which i had to go all over police stations to get a case for identity theft while it was MTN negligence with my documents when that person took a phone using my details. They could not answer to provide me with details of that contract and where they delivered the phone. After resolving that they just cannot close off my contract which i am done paying and have ruined my credit score due to all of this. I would never recommend anyone to MTN its full of nonsense and unreliable.
