Mtn Service is becoming less valuable than garbage

I am really getting fed up with Mtn as a service provider. I am going to be blunt here, they are getting more and more useless by the day!!!

Today almost everyone I know is having internet connectivity issues since past 5 AM this morning, Downdetector reports from subscribers are growing by the minute and Mtn customer server & Coverage department is telling me they know nothing about it...

Getting transferred between Coverage department & customer services and not getting anywhere a solution
