MTN service is bad like very bad

MTN your service is very very poor. I have been waiting for my parcel since on the 2nd of January 2026 that was supposed to be delivered by dsv. Did you even care to follow up and check if your client received the parcel? No!!!! I called on the 6th January to tell you guys that the guy left with my parcel what did your consultant said no mam we are back online but when I called dsv they told me a different story that I will only get my parcel on the 8th. What kind of company are you???? Ain’t you guys supposed to make sure that your clients get good service so that that can recommend you. I am really disappointed 🚮🚮🚮🚮🚮
