Mtn service is Bad!!!

I bought a contract phone at Mtn Brits store two months ago And I wanted to migrate from prepaid to contract it’s two months later now and I haven’t received any contract benefits let alone migrated I went to the store multiple times , I called and I even sent Mtn a Dm on Twitter still no response, Mtn is failing it’s people the consultants keep going back and forth they don’t know what they are doing, not even trying to give me an explanation as to why is that two months later I’m still not migrated
