MTN service is bad

I paid pro rata of R300+ plus a full monthly subscription for my 30mbps home network when they must deliver its postponement every week and stories while days pass by with no internet and money gone. Told them I get paid on the 15 but must deduct month end they continued to write the 15 as debit order day. This is the second time they do this
