MTN SERVICE IS APPALLING

Woww, I am amazed at the fact that to date nobody bothered to get back to me with regards to my compliant , it has been weeks and i have submitted at least 4 complaints , the last gentleman that called sound like he actually cared and would keep his word , but unfortunately that was not the case , empty promises again !!!!!!!! MTN service is pathetic , what has happened to this company, I have had cell phone contracts with MTN for 20 years and have never experienced such service , i have been to every single department as MTN as well as a store and no one is prepared to help or at least provide me with confirmation in writing , why i am paying for a service that is not being delivered , I am not asking for something that i am not paying for , i will cancel all my contracts and recommend that all MTN clients re consider if they want to do business with a company that obviously do not care about their customers
