MTN service is appalling!!!

I am seriously horrified at the service I got from MTN....when I called the call centre,I was told to go into the branch....when I got into the branch and waited 2 hours to do the application, I was told that the printer doesn't work. Then I was called....with no follow ups, my contract expired last year that I was paying normal rates....now the contracts rate is even higher than what I initially subscribed to. Worst of all every time I call the all centre, the call is either dropped or passed onto somebody that cannot help!!!! Your services is awful and frustrating.
