MTN service is appalling.

I am completely appalled by TNSoutg Africa and the terrible service.

On the 12th of September 2024, I app**** for a contract at the MTN Store Galleria Mall for an S23 which was supposed to cost R470 pm for 36 months. This contract was approved, however the store did not have stock and they had said they will order it online and we should collect it in 3-4 days.

A few days later we received a call from someone from the MTN Fair Square Call Centre telling us that our order for the contract we had app**** for instore was cancelled and that they had placed another order for an S23.

We then dropped the call and immediately dialled the consultant at the store (Galleria Mall) and she told us that it was ***** and we needed to cancel that.

Upon realisation, the consultant had app**** for an S23 Ultra which is R1200 per month for 36 months and a data contract on the side. This is not what we had app**** for!!! The S23 Ultra was delivered but we returned it back to the store (MTN Direct-Pavilion Mall).

I have been trying to cancel these contracts, but MTN is giving me the runaround and they are telling me that they cannot cancel the contract. The call centre number they are giving us is not working and I need these contracts cancelled.
