MTN service is appaling

MTN appaling service and dysfunctional call centre. It's a shame I can't give them 0 stars. I have cancelled my contract with them quite some time ago and they keep on billing me for a service that I don't have and don't use. Trying their call centre is a disaster starting with information on UNISA students which you have to listen to every single time wasting my time and money only to eventually get through (if the call centre allows you to get to the right assistant - multiple times the indicated codes do not work) and then be told that the system is down. If MTN wants to know why I cancelled all my contracts and have ported, read the above.
