MTN service is a disgrace

Extremely poor service. Since the 20th June last month, today is the 5th July. We are waiting for an antenna to be put up at our house as the tower near us the cluster is broken so our signal is very weak . Everyday we phone and told it is on order. I'm tired of paying for a service which is not being provided. What will MTN say when I say my payment is on order??? Blacklisted I suppose. Well MTN if I could blacklist you I would. You are *****ing my money. 🤬🤬🤬
