MTN service going down, no feedback.

I am with MTN pretty much my entire cellphone life if I can call it like that. Always received good service from the first old Nokia brick to the advanced ever increasing new tech cellphones up to now.....with new technology staying comes new demand and it is really a pity that MTN is not making any effort to resolve my issue of not being able to view my invoices on the MTN app. Logged 2 calls, no feedback, then logging another in branch at the mall in George, begged for feedback and now more or less a month later, still nothing, maybe if someone from MTN spot this, check the calls for details and at least respond.
