MTN service

Horrible service. I obtained a contract with MTN in January and my sim cards weren't activated. Eventually after 14 days of hopeless struggling I decided to cancel the contract which they failed to do even now more than 4 months after initial cancelation date. They still bill me and no one wants to deal with my complaint when I call and sight numerous reference number on email response has been dismally slow
