MTN service 🤮🤮🤮

I have been trying to reconnect my MTN WiFi for the past 5 days, a debit order was set for the 5th of May however I am still not getting any service from this provider. I have been in store and made a number of calls to their customer care but still here I am disconnected from their service, so much for calling them “service champions”. Worst experience ever!!!
