MTN service

I have been a MTN client for 19 years now. I have never realised until recently how uneducated their staff actually is. Every MTN store i have been to to query something has given me different information. People say thing just to try and get you out the store as it is not beneficial to them. However if you want to purchase something then everyone wants to help you. Dont know where the customer srvice in SA is heading.
