MTN Service down for 7 days. No response from MTN.

MTN 'Customer Care' and 'Customer Complaints' simply do not respond to issues logged! If you buy an MTN service, know that you are ON YOUR OWN. We have just had a general outage of MTN service in the Ndlambe area, Eastern Cape. The entire network was DOWN for 7 DAYS. Other service providers like Vodacom remained available. Sick people and businesses were severely affected. All calls and emails to MTN were simply ignored. A visit to the regional MTN branch was useless because those people were equally frustrated with no communication from MTN. Totally unacceptable. I regret selecting MTN as my service provider!
