Mtn service disgusting

Mtn put me default claiming I'm in arrears I made the full payment still they refuse to remove the arrears listed under my name . I've been calling mtn left n right sending so many emails I don't get assistance. I send proof of payment to mtn no one is assisting im so disappointed with this company the way they are lazy to assist their customers.
