MTN SERVICE DISGRUNTLING

I recently visited an MTN store in the pavilion mall in Westville Durban. It's a small store on the upper floor. I Required a prepaid Sim as I am a contract holder. I waited in store on 01/10/2023 after 5 minutes , a colored lady asked if she can assist and I confirmed that I need a pre paid Sim. She was extremely uncouth and rude as she ridiculed me in front of other staff and customers . And refused to sell me a Sim card although I had virtual copies of all Rica requirements.i asked for a manager and was directed to a second in charged who ignored me and just looked at her screen processing what looked like a frozen screen . I then went to pick and pay and didn't have a Hassel purchasing a Sim as I did in the mtn store . I am deeply disappointed with mtn and the customer service . Truly appalling.
