mtn service despicable
<p>I purchased a cellphone online and paid by credit card. This was now 2weeks ago. I'm still awaiting delivery of the phone. U have tried to contact Mtn online about 20 times their phones just put you on hold an you can never speak to a customer service agent. This is beyond ridiculous??? 1cellphone cannot be delivered two weeks later????Icant even demand a refund because I cant get through to them. Despicable service fromMTN!!!!! Worst run company in SA!!</p>
