MTN service delivery is disgusting

I have had a problem trying to sort out my monthly payment to MTN. I had to change details, but cannot get it sorted. After 6 calls to them and 5 reference numbers, 2 emails and a visit to the branch, they have now suspended my service after 30 years of being with MTN. I am FURIOUS! This is TOTALLY unacceptable service and I am horrified and disgusted to be a client of MTN
