MTN **** service

I am still waiting for mtn to contact me and explain to me why is my account blocked when I have to do an upgrade, with monthly payments. I find this very annoying and very unprofessional. If they don't want me as a customer anymore, they can just do so in writing, and I will gladly exit their network and I don't have to bother them again. I'm very ****ed by the **** service I get from MTN customer service. My contact information is *** and ID number ***
