Mtn Service Complaint

I wish to lodge an official complaint with regards to the service I have received, or should I say NOT received from MTN.

Stores include Tablebay mall and Tableview centre.

I app**** for a new contract on 22nd February 2025 at the Tablebay mall store. After being told I would be able to receive the phone during the following week, I proceeded with the application process which was approved. I never heard back from them!! After calling, I was told no stock of the S25 and that's it no eta nothing!!

I then went to the Tablewiew store who did have stock on the 8 March, and completed the documents and received the device. However My sim card is still not registered on the system!! A week later and I cannot use the phone Can someone please help with the cancellation of this contract. The service has been pathetic!!! Regards Mrs Mrs A.Kristen
