MTN SERVICE CHAMPIONS MIA

I need to speak to a CUSTOMER CHAMPION please. the 135 option does not give me an option to speak to anyone. I sent an email, but because of security reasons I am not comfortable sharing my information over email - I do not even know if it is a real person - Faith Skhosana - Faith is also not helpful in assisting me. Is it possible that somebody from MTN can contact me please. I am trying to understand the billing which seems to be incorrect.
