MTN SERVICE CHAMPIONS ARE *****STARS,JUST FOR COMMISSION WE BEING **********

i took a ccontract in may 2020 and to my surprise they delivered a wrong package and it was not first ti,e this has happened to me as it seems like applying for a contract with mtn never works i then took back the package to the store told them i would like to cancel the contract and further more called mtn rewards gave them the ref i got at the store i was advised my contract has been cancelled but to my surprise i was debited on the 25th for a package i dont have,this is so disgusting as the so called mtn champions provide nothing but pethetic service,was on a call with one of them and i was advised the package is still not cancelled my question is am i going to be debited again for something i hvnt used ????this drives me made as its a day light ******* and am getting upset to the limit....mtn may you please cancel that contract before i tell the whole world about your horrible disgusting service
