I would like to take this oppotunity to thank Dimakatso Letsie for showing empathy aand patience to listen to story about the struggle i went through to do a swip swap and she exrually reminded me why i joined MTN, She is what the brand is all about, and she is my service champion,Michelle a true epitome of service exellence, very patient and willing to listen, she really prioritized a solution to resolve my simswap issue, She went as far as calling me back to restart her system,She investigated my issue very promply and provided a solution that really made day. i am really out word to thanks you guys for living me with that warm fuzzy feeling and a big smile. Michelle you and your team are doing an exellent job 5 star treatment.I woild also want to thank Steven from MTN maponya mall, even though you were not wearing your name badge but i asked your name, Yuo provided me with exellent service with regard to my simswap and i really appreciate it so much, you guys resolved this in one day where no others wwre taking from pillar to post, Steven told me not to worry about the affidavit for and deal with questionnaire first.
