MTN Service Champions

Holding for over 30min waiting for a customer service champion to pick up seems like the norm. They never pick up though, call just ends. Mtn needs to revamp it's customer service.

I just want to cancel my contract, I gave up trying to repair my phone through insurance, they simply told me they can't help me even though I'm being charged every month.
