MTN Service Champ Found

<p>Just as i was beginning to think that MTN service champions is a gimmick, i was proved wrong.</p> <p>Yes, not all their agents are excellent like the two bums i spoke to before i got through to Reitumetse.</p> <p> Now Reitumetse is well spoken and articulate, friendly, focused and informative.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was calling in about a data usage and missing airtime query. Reitumetse took it upon herself that she will help me even though i wanted to speak to a manager because i was furious already because the two previous bums i spoke to, clearly were *********** and are just good for two things, sitting on their bums and spewing ****py service out of their mouths. I like that she took responsibility instead of passing the buck around.</p> <p> </p> <p>Reitumetse was attentive and and her level of focus was amazing because this was a complex query and she managed to sort it out for me. I am so glad i spoke to her and she was of great assistance.</p> <p> </p> <p>so next time you experience bad service at MTN, please bear in mind that not all of them are bums, there are MTN service champions like Reitumetse..</p> <p>Excellent Service!</p>
