MTN Service Capabilities via Phone

My MTN online profile is locked. I have called numerous times. 135 said phone techincal on 1555. And 1555 say phone 135. I’ve been back an forth with no success. Please unlock my online profile and send me a link to reset my password.

And please activate my personal hotspot on my sim only data contract for my ipad ********** 184. Also an impossible task for the 135 and 1555 numbers. No success telephonically.
