MTN service at zero !

MTN is the worst network service provider when it comes to resolving issues that are due to their own systems

I've been a customer for many years and I have had it! How is it possible that you receive SMSea from MTN and they are not aware or cannot pick up any information regarding the smses they sent or what their systems are doing??

Next step for me is ombudsmen!
