MTN service at Norkem Mall

Today i went to the MTN store at Norkem Mall in Kempton Park. Only 2 staff members were available. They were busy with 2 customers. Infront of me was a father with his son. After standing behind them they turned around to leave. I asked them how long they have been waiting and the gentlemen said around 20 minutes if not more but couldnt wait any longer. I then asked the gentleman behind the counter if they are the only two people and he said yes. He had such an attitude when i said their service is very slow. Telling me that his staff are offsick. He continued to talk to his female colleage in their language which i dont understand. Laughing and then arrogantly told me to go pay my account at another store. His entire attitude towards me was not acceptable and i told him that i will do one better and report his bad service. He continued to laugh. This is honestly not the behaviour to expect or accept when you are the customer. They give MTN a bad name.
