MTN Service Appalling.

The most appalling service I received from MTN customer care wow. Lost my phone and contacted them to try block my phone, didn't even try to assist me with the issue at hand instead the agent was telling me about my contract and stuff which I not the reason I called.

I hung up as they didn't even try to assist me with my urgent query. Disappointing and appalling service I must say. NO MORE!!
