MTN service and products

Hi everyone I have had the worst experience with MTN South Africa. I upgraded online. I did'nt receive the whole package (the battery pack and the minutes was missing). I have called them over 10 times to resolve the issue. Each time they say management will investigate and come back to me. They did not come back to me once! It is impossible to speak to senior management of MTN. I strongly advise all South Africans to never take out any MTN contracts. They are ******* and they break contract! If you want to cancel the contract they say they will blacklist you and hand you over.
