MTN service and employees need training.

From reporting on data usage which is out of control and being told its my fault with absolutely no explanation why, to wanting to cancel my contract, which i understand i will pay in to do (im more than willing.) Your call centre employees are robots that cannot answer questions. When i ask to speak to a supervisor, they are constantly in meetings, meetings take weeks there apparently. Reference numbers provided to me seem like they are thumb sucked and notes on the account dont make sense to anyone at MTN's call centre. Being promised to be called back is just a plain lie. Your service and explanations need a lot to be desired, i have been a contract holder for many a year, but unfortunately i cannot handle this anymore. Your company has turned into a very dishonest company that lacks any type of customer service. On hold at over 15 minutes a time until i get frustrated and put down the phone call, pathetic.
