MTN service and assistance is terrible

Absolutely bad experience, I cannot phone or receive any calls for almost 2 months and MTN not helping at all. I spent over 3 hours at an mtn service centre, sent numerous requests via e-mail. Had to borrow family's cell phones to get to speak to someone. No assistance at all and yet I am debited with my full monthly contract fee
