Mtn service

I am very unhappy with MTN service. Our tower has been down for over a month. It has been reported numerous times and is still not working in Roedtan. What about the people who depend on there phones for business or what if you have a emergency. I also took out a new contract and received a faulty laptop. I nearest mtn is over 50km from where I stay so on my own expense I had to drive to hand it in. I have not received any feedback if they are going to replace it and I haven't even paid my 1st installment yet. Now I am going to pay for something that is not in my possession. Once I get feedback on laptop I have to drive far to collect it. This is unacceptable service.
