Mtn service

My bf has been waiting for over 7 months since he got his contract phone for his smar****ch and earpods, I tried to get a phone there aswell had to wait a month just for them to come up with some excuse where telkom helped us get a contract phone within 24 hrs not even and when we ordered a Sim card we waited 2 weeks no updates and no one called even tho that's what mtn said I reached out to management at the end nothing helped we canceled the Sim card aswell....
