Mtn service

Very poor service, I'm so mad with MTN, Early this year, MTN agent called, to offer upgrade, I did refuse honestly, she said no, we r not changing your contract, we just increasing ur data, u will pay more - R20 to my montly installament, I said okay, if u don't change anything, im cool with that, but to my surprise around March 2024, I could see something changed, they changed my contract to Top Up data package, which is something that I didn't agree to it, Now Since March asking & writing - them to change my contract to my old one; they refuse, they say, can't cancel it. I said Why not. NO RESPOND, BEC THERE IS NOTHING BIDING ME TO THIS NONSENSE. I ask them to cancel my contract, they refuse.
