MTN service

Absolutely atrocious service from their consultants, they ALL do not know about MTN product. I’ve been trying to cancel a contract since November 2022 and every time I call they say it has been cancelled and they continue to debt from my account. No one wants to be accountable and they’re refusing to send me recorded calls😡
