MTN 👎 service

I am Wiseman Dlomo, I have an issue with cancelling my MTN contract. I have made the request with MTN to cancel and they have confirmed cancellation but subsequently, they provided that I still have an outstanding balance on my account. I have visited branches and even made payments however they still advise that there is still an outstanding balance again. I was advised to request a settlement amount in order to pay all outstanding costs, however it has been weeks without a response from MTN but the ones that are automated. I seek assistance for a settlement amount and a paid up letter once I have paid such amount. Contact me on ***.
