MTN service

Good day Towards the end of November I app**** on line for a November black sky data and call deal with MTN I received a message to say that on line application has been received and someone will call me I have not yet received any calls or messages I must of made 20 phone calls to MTN in the past 2 months to get told someone will call me back the last call I made was early in January someone was supposed to call me back in 24 hours still no call Today is 27/01/21 still no feed back Please can someone assist
